Available anywhere within the M25. A mileage-based travel charge may apply from London NW6 (quoted in advance). Any travel charge is confirmed with you before booking.

Appointments daily 9am–8pm (subject to availability).

Most jobs take around 45–60 minutes (some can take up to 90 minutes depending on the vehicle and key type).

Spare key: At least one working key is required.
All keys lost: V5C + photo ID required.

Important: Please have all current working keys available. Any key not present during programming may stop working afterwards.

Mobile Key Solutions is a mobile Auto Locksmith service based in London. We supply spare keys for all makes and models, and we can also help when all keys are lost or stolen.

How booking works

Place your order: via our website, eBay store, or over the phone.
Select your option: choose the correct year range and key type on this page, then add your vehicle location and registration at checkout.
Appointment & completion: we attend, cut the key (if required), programme, test, and confirm everything works before handover.

This service is for supplying, cutting and programming a SPARE vehicle key at a mobile appointment.

Please make sure you have selected the correct vehicle model, year range and key type before purchase.

If you are unsure which option applies to your vehicle, contact us before ordering and we will help confirm it.

If you require a mobile appointment, please check our service area map to ensure we cover your location before purchase.

At least one working key is required for spare key orders. All Keys Lost situations require V5C and photo ID and will be subject to further fees.
We do not post keys, remotes or vehicle security parts.

All supplied keys are handed directly to the customer after cutting, programming and testing at the appointment.

Please ensure the vehicle is available at the agreed location and that all current working keys are present where required.

If your vehicle is outside our service area, contact us before ordering. Any refund due to a location outside our service area will be subject to an admin and booking fee deduction of £25.
We always aim to be fair and will provide refunds where appropriate.

Once a part has been cut, programmed or customised, we cannot offer a refund unless there is a fault with our work or the part supplied.

Any appointment booking fee used to secure your booking and reserve a time slot is non-refundable.

If you cancel, provide incorrect vehicle details, are outside our service area, or the vehicle is not available at the agreed appointment, any refund may be reduced by reasonable admin, travel or booking costs already incurred.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
