Unless opting for a mobile appointment, you will need to attend our workshop along with your vehicle. Please bring all working keys in your possession with you, as any key not present at the time of programming will no longer work. All supplied keys will be handed to customers directly, we do not ship products via post.

We are happy to return deposits and any prior payments made, however we cant offer refunds on products that have been irreversibly adapted to your vehicle. Unless any issue is deemed to be a fault on our part, We require all agreed sums to be paid forthwith.
